Gobler Computer Products Warranty!
All GCP Computer Systems are covered with a one year HARDWARE parts & labor warranty unless otherwise specified on special items. This coverage starts the day the item is purchased. Any modification of the hardware configuration without the written approval from GCP will invalidate this warranty. This doesn't mean that opening your case voids your warranty, however overclocking your CPU does! Software is warranted by the software manufacturer (Microsoft, Corel, Lotus...). Monitors, printers, scanners, & other add ons are warranted by the individual manufacturer.
Products found to be DOA within seven (7) working days of delivery will be eligible for exchange with a new product.
Any product that needs to be returned to GCP for any reason must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) days only. Any product returned missing an RMA number on the outside of the package or with an RMA number over ten (10) days old will be refused. It is necessary that you return products promptly. Any returned merchandise that is not defective will be returned COD for the freight amount, plus a bench fee may be added.
RMA Shipping instructions:
Use original manufacturer’s packaging.
All returns must be complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, just as you received it. If the product is not returned in it’s entirety, a fee will be charged for missing items.
All returns must have an RMA number clearly referenced on shipping label (a copy of the invoice must be included).
Customers are responsible for freight when returning product.
RMA number - To obtain a RMA number, please email support@gobler.com or call our Service Department at (912) 559-1780 with the following information:
* invoice number at the time of the purchase;
* date of the invoice;
* serial number(s) of the goods;
* problem description.
GCP products will be returned for repair or exchange with comparable products at GCP’s discretion.
Customers will need to issue a purchase order, use a credit card or agree to pay by COD cash to entitle a cross shipment.
Customers need to return the bad parts for credit within ten (10) days after the cross shipment. Gobler Computer Products does not cross ship RMA merchandise after thirty days.
Replaced or repaired products will be returned free of freight costs through our customer service department (via UPS Ground or UPS Ground COD only).
Any discrepancy, including wrong items, should be reported to RMA department within 7 working days. For shipping damage, customer should notify the carrier immediately and ask them to issue the damage report.
In addition to the one year LOCAL warranty, we offer a special 30 day software reinstall warranty. If you catch a virus, accidentally delete a critical Windows file, etc... during the first 30 days, we will reinstall your operating system and drivers and reconfigure your system at no charge. During the remainder of the 12 month warranty we will perform the same service for a flat $35 fee.
